Is expressed in several structures, including 3rd branchial arch; alimentary system; cardiovascular system; hemolymphoid system; and placenta. Used to study systemic lupus erythematosus. The Mouse spleen cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.).Primary Antibody (green):Rat Anti-CD45 antibody (bsm-30251A): 1 μg/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody : Goat anti-Rat IgG-FITC: 1 μg/test. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
